All sales are final. Because Beginnly provides immediate digital exposure and access to our candidate audience upon the publication of a job listing, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
• This includes "accidental" postings, jobs filled before the 30-day window ends, or dissatisfaction with the number of applicants.
2. Payment Issues
In the event of a technical error where you are charged twice for a single listing, please contact us within 7 days with your transaction ID for a manual correction.

To protect your business, ensure your payment page includes these three elements clearly:
1 The "No-Refund" Confirmation: Include a checkbox during checkout that says, "I understand that job postings are live immediately and all sales are final/non-refundable."
2 The "Live" Trigger: Explicitly state that "The 30-day listing period begins the moment the payment is successful."
3 Third-Party Processing: State that "Beginnly does not store your credit card information; all transactions are encrypted and handled by [Stripe/PayPal]."
